At Levitas, product quality and customer satisfaction are priorities. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, the following return and refund terms apply.

 


 

 

Order Cancellations

 


Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only.


After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.

Returns

 


Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

 

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was received

 


To qualify:

 

  • A request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

 


Returns are not accepted for:

 

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

 


Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

 


 

 

Return Shipping Costs

 


If a return is approved:

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is confirmed to be on Levitas’s side

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A return address will be provided only after approval

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Refunds are issued only when:

 

  • A return is approved and the item is received and inspected, or

  • The package is officially confirmed lost by the carrier after investigation

 


Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Levitas reserves the right to issue a partial refund if the returned item shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

 


 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 


Refunds will not be issued for:

 

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Orders delayed due to customs or external carrier issues

  • Refusal to pay customs or import fees

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Failure to contact support within the required timeframe

 


Chargebacks filed without prior contact with support may result in being permanently restricted from future purchases.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


Exchanges are not offered.

If eligible, customers may place a new order after return approval.
